Bacallà J.OMS, S.L. is a family business of 6 generations, born in 1849 in Manresa (Barcelona), currently being the oldest company in the traditional salted cod sector in the whole state.
Import, handling and distribution of authentic Icelandic cod GADUS MORHUA is what we do. Our objective has always been quality above everything else, manteining extremely competitive prices, which has created the progressive differentiation in the sector, as our clients and more than 170 years of existence guarantee.
All our cod has been fished with longliners. This way we ensure the highest quality, since it's a selective fishing where the fish is caught one by one. We have a wide range of formats to choose from, for the horeca and the retail sector. With the option to customize products according to customer needs.
